Official Statement from Canadian Aviation College Management Team

Canadian Aviation College (CAC) is aware of recent media reports regarding an incident involving our owner, Mr. John Ling.

The images circulated are understandably very upsetting, and our entire community is heartbroken by what has occurred. We wish to reassure our students, staff, and partners that Mr. Ling did not sustain any lasting or life-threatening injuries and is recovering with the full support of his family and friends.

We also want to emphasize that the college remains fully operational. All flight training, ground school, and daily activities are continuing as scheduled under the guidance of our dedicated instructors and staff.

We respectfully ask the public and our community members to refrain from sharing unverified information or speculation. CAC continues to focus on providing a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for all students.

In the spirit of unity, the best way to support John and his family is to remain focused on learning, professionalism, and the sense of community that he has always valued at CAC.

Our thoughts remain with John and his loved ones during this time, and we thank everyone for their concern, compassion, and continued trust in Canadian Aviation College.
