Follow these steps to become a student at Canadian Aviation College

Step 01

Fill out the application form and upload academic transcripts and IELTS score report (if not available, it can be submitted later).

Step 04

The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued to candidates who pass the interview and medical examination. After paying the deposit, students sign the pilot training program agreement.

Step 02

After submitting the form, skip the fee payment step. You will be notified via email by school if any additional materials are required to your application.

Step 05

Students must apply for a canadian study permit using the LOA and other supporting documents. They are also required to upload their high school diploma, transcript, and passport.

Step 03

Once accepted, you will receive a conditional acceptance letter, which includes interview scheduling, and requirements and deadlines for the medical report.

Step 06

Email the school your departure date, flight number, and visa copy for enrollment and arrival arrangements after booking your flight. Begin your training at Canadian Aviation College!

Application Procedure:

1. Visit our education management system  

2. Click on the 'Apply' button located in the top right corner of the webpage.

3. Fill in your personal information in the provided fields. If you need to apply for a Canadian study permit, select "Temporary Resident" as your immigration status, as you are considered a temporary resident in Canada.

4. Choose the program you are interested in from the options listed under CAC campus. For Maple Leaf Program students, please select "Career Pilot with Applied Human Factors Aviation Diploma" (CPP).

5.Update the required documents. If you do not have all the documents available, you may submit just a scanned copy of your passport and resume for now. If you do not yet have a passport, enter another ID number in the passport field and upload another identification document. The passport can be uploaded later once you obtain it. Language test results can also be omitted for now.

6. Once all information is submitted, your application is successfully completed. You will receive an email sent to the email address you provided. A new student account will be created for you, through which you can view your application status, academic records, and other relevant information.

7. After submitting your application, log in to your EMS account as instructed and complete your profile by filling in your Original Address and other personal details. This step is crucial for applying for a study permit. To avoid unnecessary delays, please complete it as soon as possible.

Alternatively, Android users can search for Canadian Aviation College on Google Play Store to submit their applications via the app. The iOS version is not yet available but will be launched soon.
