The purpose of this Policy Guide is to provide all students, instructors, and staff with a clear reference to the academic, conduct, safety, and administrative policies that govern participation at CAC. By consolidating these policies into one document, CAC ensures transparency, consistency, and accessibility for its community.
1.3 Regulatory Compliance (PTIRU, EQA, IRCC, Transport Canada)
All policies within this guide are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of:

Private Training CACs Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) under the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

Education Quality Assurance (EQA) designation requirements.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) study permit compliance, including attendance and instructional hours.
